King’s Cross Central General Partnership Limited

Gridiron – now One Pancras Square – is a 55,000 sq ft office building created by Sir David Chipperfield Architects, one of the most commanding names in the world in cultural civic building design. Ironclad and dressed in black, the building was the first of the new commercial developments in the area, the gateway to King’s Cross. The 396 cast twisted ironclad columns that surround the building, a reflection of the areas industrious past, provided the creative inspiration for the leasing brochure and all ancillary marketing material.
