The Queen’s Club – one of the country’s finest lawn tennis clubs – may be less showy than Wimbledon, but it is all the more exclusive for that. Its immaculate courts have been played on by princesses, aristocracy, celebrities, champions, the sport’s finest stars and countless distinguished members and visitors.

It’s an old industry joke that half the money spent on marketing is wasted. Work out which half and you’ve got it made.

But at Queen’s we delivered a grand slam of value. Millions, to be accurate.

When the opportunity arose for members to buy the club, the board feared they would raise just £15 million. With our help, they raised £35 million. Now that’s a net profit.
