King’s Cross Central General Partnership Limited
Handyside Gardens is the first new park to open at King’s Cross. Designed by Dan Pearson Studio, it takes its inspiration from the tracks and sidings around it, for so long a green highway allowing wilderness plants to spread for miles. Asters and shrubby willows feather their way through swathes of grasses giving a sense that the garden has always been there.
Our guide – beautifully illustrated by Mark Lewis – is for all those who want to visit this plantsman’s garden.
