Paddington Waterside is a thriving mixed-use scheme of 80 acres – the size of Soho. Paddington Central occupies the north west corner of the development area, bounded by the A40 Westway, the Regent’s Canal and the rail lines of the Great Western Railway. New streets, new squares, new residences and new offices. Kingdom Street forms the central spine of the development anchored by Sheldon Square to the east aptly taking its name from Isambard Kingdom Brunel, one of the most ingenious and prolific figures in engineering history and very much the father of the Great Western Railway.
